Empowering the Ageing Workforce: Strategies for Bridging the Digital and Soft Skills Gap (Lessons from the needs analysis report
Differences in digital skills are a reality, but the EDSAW project focuses on turning the deficiencies into opportunities. The project focuses on strengthening the digital and soft skills of people 50+ especially in the Central European region. The project team has worked on the development of a state-of-the-art e-learning platform to offer courses that combine academic excellence with practical applicability.
The workshop will present the results of the need analysis of the target group in the area of digital and soft skills and provide information about online courses focused on developing their digital and soft skills.
